RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Ana Corrochano Ceramics.
All my ceramics are hand-made with love.
Everything that you see on my shop is made, textured and formed by hand. Ceramic’s irregularities and/or variances in size, glaze or texture, reflect the nature of one-of-a-kind works of art.
Ceramic glazes all have subtle effects that vary. Each glazed piece is unique. Glazes seen in the photos may vary slightly in colour and appearance. Because of this, each piece may vary slightly in colour and size.
However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.
You have 5 (five) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return;
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
I take great care in packaging my ceramics as safely as possible.
In the rare and unfortunate event where an item arrives to you damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods for a replacement, refund or credit voucher.
Please email your order number, exact items/quantities and photos of the item(s) damaged to firstname.lastname@example.org. I do not process claims without photos clearly showing the damage.
Upon your claim being approved, I will ship to you the replacement for the damaged item(s) if the item(s) is in stock/available and if not, a refund will be issued. Your replacement choice is subject to availability and to standard delivery times.
Receiving a product that differs slightly in colour, size, shape or pattern to what was depicted upon your screen when you placed your order does not warrant the item as faulty or damaged.
Please do not return broken items.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, including return shipment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Gift cards, special custom orders and sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item including eventual custom/import duties at our destination. I accept returns only via door-to-door courier.
Items must be shipped back to me unused and in original condition and packaging (or similar quality).
If the ceramic piece is returned to me damaged, I will not allow any refund or exchange. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over R 1 000 or 50 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Receipt of your returned item cannot be guaranteed.
